Veggie Pact – If you are changing your eating habits and think you need to eat more healthy options, like vegetables and fruits then you can make a pact about eating a certain amount a week. The way it works is by taking a picture of the fruit/vegetable and uploading it to Pact, the Pact community will then verify this.
Food Log Pact – If you want to focus on everything you eat and be able to plan a number of meals you will have in a day, the Food Log Pact will provide the necessary motivation. Pact has partnered with popular app MyFitnessPlan.
Rewards and Withdrawing Rewards
Rewards are depending on how many days committed and completed in your Pact. You will be rewarded with around 5 pounds a week depending on how many activities completed, provided by other members that have failed.
